Responsibilities
Analyze user behavior, product performance, conversion funnels, and engagement patterns.Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key product and business metrics.Identify trends, anomalies, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities across the user journey.Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business questions into analytical tasks.Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators across different stages of the product lifecycle.Analyze onboarding, activation, retention, conversion, and monetization metrics.Support A/B tests and product experiments through data preparation, measurement, and result analysis.Segment users based on behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage, and other relevant characteristics.Validate data quality and help maintain consistent metric definitions across teams.Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Requirements
2+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.Experience with product and web analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.Experience with visualization and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Good understanding of product metrics, including conversion, activation, retention, churn, engagement, LTV, and ARPU.Experience analyzing funnels, cohorts, user segments, and behavioral patterns.Understanding of A/B testing principles and basic statistical concepts.Ability to translate complex data into clear conclusions and practical recommendations.Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.English level B2 or higher.What we offer
