• Analyze user behavior across websites, platforms, and digital products.
• Identify patterns that influence conversion, retention, and engagement.
• Build reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor product performance and key business metrics.
• Conduct funnel analysis and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
• Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support the development of analytics frameworks and measurement strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tracking systems.
• 2+ years of experience in product analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of user journeys, conversion funnels, and customer behavior.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with SQL is considered an advantage.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
